Privacy
What we collect, why, and who else handles it.

Browsing the site
Browsing needs no account. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service that reports page views without advertising profiles. Our host, Cloudflare, processes requests and may keep short-lived logs that include IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Buying Pro
Payments are handled by Polar, the merchant of record. They collect your payment details, email address and billing country, and share with us what we need to issue and manage your license: your email, your name if you give one, the product bought and the license key. We never see your card number.
Signing in as a buyer
Buyers can sign in to see their license key and the Pro source. We do not keep accounts or passwords. You can continue with Google or GitHub, in which case we ask the provider only for your verified email address, match it to your purchase and discard it from the provider; we do not keep your name, photo or anything else. Or Polar emails a one-time code to the address you bought with. Either way, we keep a signed session cookie in your browser, for 30 days, so the site can recognise you and show your key. The cookie holds your Polar customer id and email, is used for nothing else, and is removed when you sign out. Your profile picture is a generated abstract shape drawn from an anonymous id on our own server, so nothing about you is sent to an avatar service.
Using a license key
When you install a Pro component, your license key is sent to our server, which checks it with Polar. We do not store the key or log it.
What we do not do
- Sell or rent your information.
- Show advertising or use advertising trackers.
- Send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Most purchase data sits with Polar, so some requests go to them. Write to support@uibrik.com and we will help either way.
Changes
We will update this page if what we collect changes. The date at the top shows the last change.
