Free components, the MCP server and the documentation are free to use in personal and commercial projects. The source you install is yours to change. It is provided as is.

Buying Pro gives you a license key. The key lets you install the source of Pro components and use it as set out below. You are buying a license to use the code, not the code itself: we keep the copyright.

• Use Pro components in as many personal and commercial projects as you like.
• Modify the source for your own projects.
• Use the license on up to 3 devices that you own or control.
• Ship the resulting products to your own clients and customers.

• Share your license key, or let someone else use it.
• Republish, resell or redistribute Pro source, alone or as part of a component library, template, starter or similar product, free or paid.
• Publish Pro source in a public repository or make it available for others to download.

A team needs a license for each person who installs Pro components. Contact us at support@uibrik.com if you want a team license.

A license is for life: it includes every update and every new Pro component for as long as uibrik offers Pro. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer. If uibrik ever stops selling or maintaining Pro, the versions you have received remain yours to use under these terms. Support is by email, on a best-effort basis.

Payments are handled by Polar, who act as the merchant of record. They collect payment and any sales tax or VAT, and issue your receipt. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

Pro licenses are one-time, lifetime purchases and are non-refundable, except where Pro has a technical problem we cannot fix. See the refund policy.

We may revoke a license key that has been shared or used against these terms. A revoked key stops working for new installs. Code you already installed is not affected, but you must stop distributing it as described above.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to uibrik is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases made after it is published, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
