Refunds
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase. It is not refundable, except when a technical problem stops you from using it.

Why
A license gives you the source of every Pro component, with lifetime updates, the moment you buy. The code can not be returned, so purchases are final. The free library and the live previews are there to try before you buy.
When we refund
We refund in full if:
- You cannot install or use Pro because of a technical problem on our side, such as a key that does not work or a component that fails to build, and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time after you report it.
- You were charged more than once for the same license.
- The law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
How to ask
Email support@uibrik.com from the address you bought with. Say what went wrong and include any error message. We will try to fix it first, and refund you if we cannot. A refund goes back to the original payment method through Polar, and your license key is revoked.
